Our approach and process
All works undertaken comply with Austalian Standards and Asbestos Codes of Practice. Our approach and methodology to demolish safely is listed below.
- Obtain council approval and D/A permits.
- Secure site with appropriate safety fencing, scaffolding/hoarding and signage.
- All authorised persons are required to wear PPE at all times.
- Dust suppression is used fo the duration of works.
- Site setup and disconnection of services.
- Demoliton and asbestos certificates provided
- Notify surrounding neighbours; WorkSafe; Councils.
- All relevant documentation, including tipping fees available on demand.
