Our approach and process
All works undertaken comply with Australian Standards and Asbestos Code of Practice. Our approach and methodology to remove asbestos safely is listed below.
- Obtain SafeWork permits and D/A approvals.
- Notify council/SafeWork and surrounding neighbours.
- Secure site with appropriate safety fencing and signage.
- All authorised persons are required to wear PPE at all times.
- Dust suppression is used for the duration of the removal of asbestos.
- All asbestos is wrapped in 200 micron plastic as per the EPA guidelines and disposed at an EPA waste facility.
- Occupational Hygienist issues an Asbestos Clearance Certificates.
- All relevant documentation, including tipping fees available on demand.
