Welcome to Habib & Sons.
Habib and Sons Demolitions has been servicing the building industry for over 40 years. Our father, Hassib Habib, started the business in 1965. Following his migration from Lebanon, he started with only a 941 Cat Drott dozer and an International tipper truck. His endurance, hard work and very high moral ethics during the 60's, 70's and 80's contributed to building this country like thousands of immigrants did. I took over the business from my father in the nineties where I established Habib and Sons. I am proud to continue his legacy and high moral values to this day.

Choosing is hard but we make it easy. At Habib and Sons we offer a free quotation, our friendly staff will asssit you with peace of mind in getting you off the ground. We organise and submit council paperwork and assist you with D/A applications at no cost.
We supply service disconnection including power, water, sewer, etc. We also supply temporary toilet, fence hire services and sediment erosion instalations.
We handle all notifications including surrounding neighbours, WorkSafe and Council.
We issue all certificates from:
- Demolition Certificate.
- Asbestos pre-and final certificate.
- Asbestos pre-inspection reports.
- Statement of environmental effects.
- Safe work method statements (SWMS).
- Work and waste management plan.
- Traffic management plan.
- Tip dockets and receipts,
